Introduction to SHARKSFRENZY™
The Sharks, in collaboration with LoyalT, have launched the long awaited and much hyped SHARKSFRENZY™. In appreciation for their continued support on and off the field, The Sharks have launched a programme that directly benefits their loyal supporters on a daily basis, offering exclusive specials, discounts and rewards at pre-selected reward partner outlets nationwide as well as at all The Sharks home games.
The days of holding numerous loyalty cards in your wallet are over and in keeping with being on the front lines of technology, The Sharks have created a mobile application that is the first of its kind worldwide and bridges the gap between sport and spend in ways only imagined before.
Key technological advantages of SHARKSFRENZY™
SHARKSFRENZY™ is wrapped heavily in geo-location, meaning that it knows where you are physically and knows which participating reward partners are around you.
As a SHARKSFRENZY™ member, you have a unique profile within the app, allowing you to interact with other supporters, add comments and images to check-ins, improve your game draw entries, and link all your activity to other existing social media accounts such as Facebook, Twitter and Foursquare.

All SHARKSFRENZY™ members are entitled to a guaranteed reward at every one of our participating Reward Partners. Depending on the establishment, you are able to redeem an instant reward or a Random reward.
The more you use SHARKSFRENZY™, the more entries you get into our fantastic game day draws.
Check-in at Mr Price Kings Park on game day and the entries you have accumulated through eating out or purchasing from our Reward Partners are validated. The more check-ins you have made, the more game day draws you will have.
Anticipation will keep you in your seat at halftime for 5 minutes while the draw takes place. It could be your name announced and flashed on the big screen for the main prize, or your child or grandchild for the Junior prize.

SHARKSFRENZY™ Rewards
All rewards offered are instant rewards. No points accumulation or rewards based on how much you have participated. As a SHARKSFRENZY™ member, you are automatically entitled to either an instant discount or a Random Reward at all of our Reward Partner establishments.

This could be a unique menu item at an incredibly low price, a shooter when you check-in, or R20 worth of biltong at your butcher. The Random Rewards have been designed as an interactive and fun way for you to get the most out of your check-in. Establishments who have activated their Random Rewards have four fantastic offerings that will keep you at the edge of your seat. Check-in, choose Random Reward and hold thumbs!
SHARKSFRENZY™ introduces Validation
Although the app knows your location and which Reward Partners to display around you, we have added that special touch by providing all our Reward Partners with a window sticker indicating their participation in the programme. Look out for it! The QR code on the sticker will make it just that easier to download and activate SHARKSFRENZY™
Reward Validation
We have locked the app down with certain features that will ensure that the use of SHARKSFRENZY™ is fair and accurate, for both yourself and the Reward Partners.
Geo-location
The App has the ability to know where you are physically, and will display participating Reward Partners within a certain radius around you. If you attempt to check in at a reward partner outside of this radius, you will be notified through the App and you will be unable to redeem these rewards.
Word of the Day
All rewards need to be validated before they can be redeemed. We have created a unique "word of the day" for each Reward Partner. These are unique to each establishment and are valid for 24 hours.
As an activated SHARKSFRENZY™ member, you will have to ask the staff member at the establishment what the word of the day is. This validates and unlocks our world of rewards.
Redeeming a Reward
The SHARKSFRENZY™ is a free download from all app stores. However, in order to redeem any rewards offered, the app user must be an activated SHARKSFRENZY™ member. Inactive members are able to check-in, create social comments and share their activity with their friends, but cannot redeem any rewards.
How to activate your SHARKSFRENZY™
Activation is simple and painless. Membership to SHARKSFRENZY™ is an annual subscription of R100 and can be done either on sharksfrenzy.co.za or within the App itself. Simply click on to the activate button in the app, enter your payment details and start to enjoy the rewards.
As an added extra, we have built in the ability to gift SHARKSFRENZY™ to friends, family, clients and colleagues. You are able to pre-activate as many memberships as you need. Each additional membership you purchase has a unique discount code that is entered when a member creates their account.
